The Good, the Bad and the perspective by Mike Nelson.
Standing on the beach ( a popular one ) alone at 7:00 am the morning after Blizzard Jonas I wondered where everyone was and I began to contemplate wether Blizzards are good or Bad, here is what I came up with
Bad – Snow Shoveling is bad ( anyone without a snow-blower Perspective )
Good – Snow Shoveling is good ( snow removal company owner Perspective )
Good -The waves were absolutely pumping the afternoon of the Storm ( Surfer Perspective )
Bad – It was Snowing so Hard You couldn’t even see the few brave surfers that went in the water ( photographer perspective )
Good – The Morning after the storm – Blue-Bird Sky’s and the best waves NY has seen in Months ( Surfer perspective )
Bad – Everyone was late to get to the beach because they had to dig out of the 20 + inches of snow we got. ( photographer perspective )

Bad- The Storm made the water temp drop a few degrees ( Surfer with Crappy Wetsuit perspective)
Good- The Storm made the water temp drop a few degrees , and everyone realizes they need new boots and gloves ( surf shop owner perspective )
Bad – Windshield wipers sticking to your windshield ( anyone Driving perspective)
Bad – Bad Getting changed in the snow ( surfer without a van or house nearby perspective )
Good – Getting changed in the snow ( Snap Chat Prospective – great to send your buddy in California that has no idea how cold it really gets in NY )
Bad- Giant snow Piles in Parking lots taking up all the spots ( Mom who wants go buy milk at the supermarket perspective )
Good- Giant snow Piles in Parking lots ( Kid who wants to go sledding perspective )
Good- A snow day off of work ( Guy who has a crappy job and has to work saturdays perspective )
Bad – A snow day off of work means 1 less day of pay this week ( Broke Dude perspective )
Good – Content for days ( Random Instagramer’s perspective )
Bad – Yellow Snow in your yard ( Homeowner that doesn’t have a Dog perspective )
For me I’ll take the bad with the good, because if we didn’t have the bad it wouldn’t have been That GOOD…..
